CNC Machinist – Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
CNC machine setup and operation
Production, inspection, and quality control
Reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Machine maintenance and safe operation
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Collaborating with team members to meet production and quality goals
CNC programming experience is a plus

CNC machining experience

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to set up and operate CNC equipment independently

Welder/Fabricator– Full-Time
Location Clarkston, WA
$26–$30/hour DOE | Full-Time | 4/10 Schedule
We are looking for a Welder/Fabricator with aluminum and stainless-steel experience who stays steady when the work demands more, tackles fabrication challenges with skill, and takes pride in every weld, fit-up, and finish.

Key Responsibilities
MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
Fabrication and fit-up of aluminum, stainless steel, and steel
Production, inspection, and quality control
Reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Welding and fabrication to required specifications and quality standards
Equipment maintenance and safe operation
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Collaborating with team members to meet production and quality goals
What We're Looking For
Welding and fabrication experience
Experience with aluminum and stainless steel
Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding; Stick welding experience a plus
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong fabrication, fit-up, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Pride in workmanship and a commitment to doing the job right
