Office/Accounting Assistant – Full-Time

Jetco is a growing, family‑owned business seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Office/Accounting Assistant to support our daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and accounting skills who enjoys a mix of office tasks, customer interaction, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts payable data entry

  • Create and process customer invoices

  • Process Payroll

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and delivery drivers

  • Provide general office administration and clerical support

Qualifications

  • Experience in an office assistant, administrative assistant, or accounting assistant role

  • Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient with computers and office software (Excel, QuickBooks, Job Management Software (ERP), etc.) – Experience preferred, but will train the right person

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
